Account Recruiting Manager (Nationwide)

Augment is a nationwide leader in high-volume temporary staffing, specializing in the sanitation industry. We provide temporary labor for Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), landfills, and residential hauling routes. We are dedicated to providing reliable labor solutions while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and employee development. We are seeking an experienced Account Recruiting Manager to oversee high-volume recruitment efforts for one to two of our key clients.

Position Summary:
As an Account Recruiting Manager at Augment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' staffing needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while also building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume recruiting efforts, including making 100+ outbound calls daily to source and engage candidates.

  • Conduct 6-10 daily phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.

  • Process candidates through safety training, onboarding, background checks, and compliance processes.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts to ensure a high level of customer service.

  • Regularly visit client sites to meet with existing temporary employees and onsite managers.

  • Monitor staffing levels and work to meet client demands efficiently and on time.

  • Provide daily and weekly recruitment updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in the general labor or staffing industry.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs.

  • Experience in compliance, background checks, and onboarding processes.

  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships.

  • Proficiency with recruitment software and databases.
