Regional Sales Representative (Nationwide)

Augment is a nationwide leader in high-volume temporary staffing, specializing in the sanitation industry. We provide temporary labor for Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), landfills, and residential hauling routes. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to drive business growth and build long-lasting client relationships.

Position Summary:
As a Regional Sales Representative at Augment, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities within your region. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This role requires up to 40% travel to meet with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings.

  • Conduct client presentations to promote Augment’s temporary staffing solutions for the sanitation industry, specifically for MRFs, landfills, and residential hauling routes.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal generation and contract negotiation.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Work closely with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

  • Travel up to 40% to meet with clients and prospects in your assigned region.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing, industrial, or service-based industries.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Experience in generating and following up on leads, cold calling, and closing sales.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
